1.Service
pkmnforge is a subscription Pokémon trade-bot service. We deliver configured Pokémon to your Nintendo Switch via in-game Link Trade. We are not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.
2.Account & access
You agree to provide an accurate email and to keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or use that violates these terms.
3.Subscriptions & billing
Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time via the dashboard or PayPal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Day Pass is a one-time charge granting 24 hours of unlimited trades; non-refundable once initiated. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4.Free tier
Free accounts may submit up to 3 trade orders per rolling hour. We may adjust this limit with notice.
5.Acceptable use
You may not use pkmnforge for illegal activity, to harass others, or to circumvent Nintendo's terms of service in any way that risks your or others' accounts.
6.Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of in-game data or account suspension by Nintendo.
7.Changes
We may update these terms with notice via email or the dashboard. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
